Hello! The May Day holiday is approaching, Theme Cloud wishes you a happy May Day in advance! In accordance with relevant national regulations and combined with our company's actual operating conditions, the theme cloud May Day holiday arrangements are now announced as follows:

·Holiday time

April 29 to May 3, 2022

·Holiday service channel

Self-service: You can quickly find solutions to most problems in the help documentation of the topic cloud.

Submit a work order: Professional engineers will investigate and resolve your request as soon as possible.

Customer service hotline: If there is an emergency, you can directly call the official customer service hotline of Theme Cloud. After-sales engineers are online 24 hours a day.

·Recharge and renewal

The normal operation of all online services will not be affected, and normal recharge and renewal can still be done during the holidays.

·Invoices and Contracts

In order to reduce the risk of lost delivery during the May Day period, we will suspend the mailing of paper invoices and paper contracts at 17:00 on April 28, and resume at 09:00 on May 4. During the May Day holiday, you can apply for and obtain electronic invoices and electronic contracts as normal.
