At the same time, the service arrangements during the themed cloud Spring Festival (January 21 to January 27, 2023) are attached. Please understand and make relevant arrangements in advance.

·Service channel

Self-service: You can quickly find solutions to most problems in the help documentation of the topic cloud.

Submit a work order: Professional engineers will investigate and resolve your request as soon as possible.

Customer service hotline: If there is an emergency, you can directly call the official customer service hotline of Theme Cloud, and after-sales engineers will serve you online 24 hours a day.

·Recharge and renewal

The normal operation of all online services will not be affected, and normal recharge and renewal can still be done during the holidays.

·Invoices and Contracts

In order to reduce the risk of mail loss during the Spring Festival, we will suspend mailing paper invoices and paper contracts at 17:00 on January 15th and resume at 09:00 on January 28th. During the Spring Festival holiday, you can apply for and obtain electronic invoices and electronic contracts as normal.
