According to the national Spring Festival holiday regulations and combined with our company's actual operating conditions, the theme cloud Spring Festival holiday time is: January 31 to February 6, 2022.

During the holidays, we will continue to provide you with 7*24 uninterrupted work orders and national customer service hotline support to continue to protect your cloud business. At the same time, please pay attention to the business:

1. Account number and billing precautions

(1) Pay-as-you-go (post-paid) resources: Please be sure to pay attention to the theme cloud account balance and recharge in advance to prevent arrears and service interruption during the long holiday.

(2) Annual and monthly subscription (prepaid) resources: Please be sure to pay attention to the expiration time of annual and monthly subscription resources and renew in advance to avoid expiration and service interruption.

2. Invoice review and mailing:

In order to reduce the risk of invoices being lost after being mailed during the Spring Festival, we will mail them for the last time before the holiday at 17:00 on January 27th. Invoices applied for thereafter will be issued as soon as possible after the official start of work on February 7th.
